Description:
Having issues with the MS Teams Desktop App since the update applied on Mac OS. When in a call, the camera and speakers do work fine, but my microphone doesn't work.
Solution:
- Open System Preferences.
- Click on Security & Privacy> Select the Privacy tab.
- Select Microphone on the left bar and verify the Microsoft Teams has permissions:
If it was already enabled, you can try unchecking it and reboot your Mac, then enable it to see if it can help.
If the problem persists, I would suggest you reinstall Teams and check the results.
Note: Please back up your data before installing to prevent data loss.
