To increase the file upload/download speed using Explorer/Mapped Drive, please follow the below steps:

Start | Run | regedit | OK

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WebClient\Parameters
3.
Right click on the FileSizeLimitInBytes and click Modify
4.
Click on Decimal
5.
In the Value data box, type 4294967295, and then click OK.
